We’ve been told that this sauce tastes just like fresh tomatoes falling off the vine into a pot of cauliflower, mushrooms, basil and oregano. If you’re a fan of chunky, filling, and downright divine sauces then don’t waste any more time and get the stove ready.
We prefer this sauce to the sugar-filled jars at the supermarket because it’s got an all-star lineup of veggies and herbs. It’s all you need with cooked pasta or use it for the bottom layer of a veggie lasagna or an eggplant parmigiana.
